Youth runners will play a number of fun games (i.e. tag, sharks and minnows, foot races, ultimate Frisbee) while meeting and working with Thunder cross country runners. Runners will split into different age groups based on numbers in each grade. This camp is open to youth K-8th grade. We will meet at the Thunder Stadium (sometimes Little Valley Park) on Thursdays throughout the summer from 9 – 10:00am on the following dates: June 13, 20, 27, July 11, 18, 25, and August 1. If a youth runs the total marathon distance (26.2 miles) over the entire summer, they will receive a THUNDER CROSS COUNTRY t-shirt. The camp will conclude with a cross country style race! Please contact Coach Fielding via email: lfielding@dhthunder.org if you have any questions. Click here to download flyer and registration form.
